1. What we collect
Account details you provide (name, firm, email, phone), the accounting data you enter, and basic technical logs needed to run the Service securely.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process your subscription, and support you. We do not sell your data. Each customer's books are stored in an isolated company and are not shared with other customers.
3. Payments
Online payments, when enabled, are processed by Razorpay under their terms; we do not store your card details.
4. Security
Passwords are stored hashed. Access is over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
5. Retention & your rights
We retain your data while your account is active. On request or account deletion, your company and its data are removed. You may request a copy or correction of your data.
