1. The service
Vastuguruji Books ("the Service") provides online accounting, GST billing and bookkeeping tools on a subscription basis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Each customer's data is kept in a separate, isolated company.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in INR and are exclusive of GST. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect as described in your billing page. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid.
5. Data & accuracy
You own your data. The Service is a tool to assist your bookkeeping; it does not constitute professional accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your statutory filings. Please verify figures with your accountant.
6. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur (C.G.).
